Shamina is not one who would draw a second glance, were it not for her high status within the prominent Azure Heights clan.  She is in her early thirties, of average height, slender, with bright red hair that is not always flattering.  Intelligence shines in her brown eyes though, and she is constantly searching for knowledge, questioning those around her almost incessantly.  Her name means "peace maker", but she hardly lives up to the name.  Instead, she often finds herself in quarrels with those who would order her about.  She is an independent soul and finds it difficult to work with others, though she will when she (grudgingly) travels.  In spite of her quirks, she is a person who will stand up for what she believes is right, and will support those who she sees as friends steadfastly.  She has quickly risen through the ranks and has recently been promoted to the fourth circle of magic.  With her power and status, she is not one to cross lightly.
